La leyenda del cine Debbie Reynolds murió este miércoles a los 84 años, un día después del fallecimiento de su hija, la icónica Carrie Fisher. Conmocionados por la noticia, colegas y personalidades del entretenimiento expresaron su pesar en las redes.
"Ella quería estar con Carrie", dijo su hijo Todd Fisher, horas después de que, desconsolada por la muerte de su hija, colapsara y fuera hospitalizada.
Reynolds, que recibió una distinción de la Academia -el Premio Humanitario Jean Hersholt- el año pasado, cautivó a todos por primera vez en 1952 con su actuación en "Cantando bajo la lluvia", que protagonizó con Gene Kelly a pesar de no ser bailarina profesional.
